3. Delivery & Carriage Charges
3.1 All our juices are delivered in sturdy triple strength layered boxes, with frozen gel packs and foil insulation. These are pre-cooled before enveloping your order to ensure your juices arrive chilled (not frozen).
3.2 All of our products have been subject to rigorous temperature abuse trials and are perfectly safe to be left unrefrigerated for 48 hours. If your juice feels warm we recommend popping them straight into the fridge to chill them back down before consumption. This will ensure they taste their very best.
3.3 Goods will normally be delivered on a next day basis, but should a delivery not make it within 24 hours the juices will still be safe to drink if on receipt the packaging is unopened.
3.4 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
3.5 We deliver our products in the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Dublin and Eire) and delivery charges will be applied where applicable.
3.6 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You don’t need to be present to accept delivery of your order, the driver will leave your goods in the safe place you’ve specified when placing your order, and deliveries will usually take place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Tuesday and Thursday.
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended, so please choose a place that is safe and secure.
3.7 Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility. Where possible we use materials that are recyclable.
3.8 After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not present for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to us and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
3.9 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
3.10 Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within 24 hours.
3.11 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
3.12 Deliveries are made on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.
3.13 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
