1: How long will my juices last in the fridge?
As our juices are not pasteurised but instead High Pressure Processed they should have at least 21 days shelf life. Just pop them into the fridge to keep them cool and once opened consume within 24 hours.
2: Will the juices be ok if they are left in a safe place by the courier until I get home from work?
Our juices are sent out with frozen gel packs and foil insulation to keep them cool. We endeavour to get them to you within 24 hours of despatch. All of our products have been subject to rigorous temperature abuse trials and are perfectly safe to be left unrefrigerated for a couple of days. If your juice feels warm we recommend popping them straight into the fridge to chill them back down before consumption. This will ensure they taste their very best! Remember to give them a shake - separation is natural! - and once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
3: Why aren't your juices organic?
We aren't organic farmers, but growing responsibly is critical for both consumption and environment and we take this very seriously. We grow as much of the produce that seasonality and climate will allow here in Shropshire. Produce quality is really important to us so we have an own-grown known-grown policy which means that if we cannot grow the produce, we know who does.
4: Can I use your juices for a "detox" or "cleanse"?
We recommend our juices as part of balanced diet as opposed to a specific juicing cleanse. So although the juices are no different to any of the juice detox programs on offer we are hesitant in recommending a certain amount of juice per day. We believe in eating healthily - we are farmers!! But everyone's health and fitness journey is a personal one.
Our bodies are busy detoxing all day every day, and so a balanced diet avoiding processed foods, caffeine, alcohol, white carbs but with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit would be ideal. Our juices are convenient as a healthy snack alternative and to ensure you're getting further nutrients and vitamins. Do make sure you drink plenty of water too.
5: I have a subscription with you, how do I change the delivery date or skip a week?
If you currently hold a regular juice subscription with us, you can amend your contents or delivery at any time up to 24hrs before your next despatch date. Any subscriptions changed on your despatch date may not be able to be altered until after that week's despatch.
Just log in to your account and change your options manually, or email us at email@example.com and we can do it for you. Handy for when you are going on holiday and need a little pause, or if you change your mind on which juices you prefer.
6: I have seen B.fresh on sale in retail outlets for less than they cost online - why isn't it cheaper to buy direct from you?
The price we sell the juice online is reflective of our costs to send individual boxes of juice out and we take the majority of the delivery cost ourselves otherwise it would be prohibitive to our customers.
With regards to the retailer price points we also have to sell our juice at our recommended retail price in order to try and maintain the price point in the market place. We sadly have no control over the price our retailers sell the juice for - we are legally unable to discuss this with them.
7: Can I purchase a larger bottle size?
At the moment our juices are only available in 250ml bottles, but we will soon be offering larger bottles for your convenience, watch this space!
